An independent editorial perspective on men's wellness

The Brighton Wellness Review is an editorially independent platform. We do not represent a pharmaceutical company, a clinic, or the NHS. We focus on evidence-informed, EFSA-cited nutritional content for men who want to understand what they're putting in their bodies.

I started The Brighton Wellness Review after more than a decade writing for men's health publications across the UK. The aim was simple: a platform where men over 40 could find clear, honest, plain-English information about food supplements - without medical jargon, without sensationalism, and without disease claims.

This site covers plant-based food supplements for men, with a particular focus on how vitamins, minerals, and botanical extracts fit into an active daily lifestyle. Every nutrient claim we reference must be EFSA-authorised under EU Regulation 432/2012. We never reproduce disease-treatment claims for food supplements because the law does not permit them and because they would mislead readers.

Our review of Alpha Drive is an editorially independent assessment. We describe the ingredients, their EFSA-acknowledged roles where applicable, and the manufacturer's stated usage instructions. We do not claim Alpha Drive treats or cures any condition.

How we approach content on this site

EFSA claims only

Every nutrient health claim on this site references an EFSA-approved claim under EU Regulation 432/2012 or Regulation 536/2013. We never reproduce unapproved claims. Botanical extracts are labelled as traditional-use only where no EFSA claim exists.

No disease claims

Food supplements are not medicines. We do not claim any supplement diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any disease. Where we reference NHS or NICE guidance, it is for general informational context only - not to suggest Alpha Drive is a clinical treatment.

Transparent identity

This site is operated by The Brighton Wellness Review Ltd, Company No. 15248739, registered in England and Wales. Our registered address and contact details are published in full. We are not affiliated with the NHS, ITV, BBC, or any broadcast organisation.

UK legal compliance

We comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 for user data. Our commercial terms respect the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (14-day return right). Our advertising and content follows ASA CAP Code guidance for food supplement marketing.

Honest reader reviews

We publish anonymised reader submissions including lower-rated experiences. We do not fabricate testimonials. All reviews carry a prominent disclaimer that individual outcomes vary and that reader submissions are personal opinion, not clinical evidence.

Cited sources

All external references link to primary sources: NHS, NICE, EFSA, and the UK Government. We do not cite private laboratories, brand-funded studies, or unverifiable statistics. A full sources page is available on this site.
