Refund & Returns Policy

1. Scope

This Refund and Returns Policy applies to all purchases of Alpha Drive made through this website by consumers in the United Kingdom. It supplements, and does not replace, your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

2. Your right to cancel - Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013

As a UK consumer purchasing goods online, you have a statutory 14-calendar-day cooling-off period during which you may cancel your order for any reason. This period begins on the day after you receive your goods.

Deadline example: If you receive your order on 1 August 2026, the cancellation deadline is 15 August 2026.

To cancel, you must inform us clearly before the deadline. You may use any of the following:

3. Condition of returned goods

To qualify for a full refund, returned items must be:

• Unused - the product seal must be intact and the capsules must not have been consumed.
• In original packaging - including the bottle, cap, and any outer packaging.
• Returned within 14 days of your cancellation notice.

If goods are returned in a condition that diminishes their value beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and function, we reserve the right to make a reasonable deduction from the refund amount.

4. Return shipping

You are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us unless the goods are faulty or not as described (see Section 6). We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot accept liability for items lost in transit to us.

5. Refund processing

We will process your refund within 14 calendar days of:

• receiving the returned goods; or
• receiving evidence that you have dispatched the goods (whichever is earlier).

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction where possible. If your order was paid on delivery (cash), we will refund via bank transfer or postal order.

We will refund the full price of the goods plus any standard delivery charge paid. We will not refund any premium delivery charges beyond the cheapest standard delivery option.

6. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If your Alpha Drive order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, you are entitled to:

• A full refund within 30 days of delivery (short-term right to reject).
• A replacement or repair after 30 days if you prefer.

In these cases, we will also cover your return postage costs. Contact us at info@energlowpure.world with photographs of the damage or fault where possible.

7. Exceptions

The right to cancel does not apply to:

• Goods that have been unsealed and used (unless faulty).
• Goods ordered and clearly personalised or made to your specifications.
